Return eligibility

Because supplements are ingestible products, returns can only be considered when items are unopened, unused, in their original packaging and reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened bottles, broken seals or used products are not eligible unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect or otherwise defective.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

Contact info@earthmira.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order reference, a clear description, and photographs of the outer parcel, mono carton and affected product. After review, we may offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled before dispatch. Once it has entered fulfilment or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and the eligible return process will apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing by banks and payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days after EarthMira confirms approval.

Items that cannot be returned

• Opened, used or partially consumed supplements.
• Products reported outside the stated return window.
• Damage caused after delivery or through improper storage.
• Orders without reasonable proof of purchase.
